What we do

Whatever your goals or whatever your motivation, Blue Mountains Fitness will provide you with constant encouragement, motivation, exercise guidance, nutrition advice and challenges along your journey. We will kick-start your new lifestyle by making exercise a healthy habit that you will become addicted to.

The personal trainers will listen to you, provide motivation to you when energy levels are low and make the sessions fun. You will be challenged but we make sure there is always time for a laugh each session.

Whether you just want to get into better shape, get your best Parkrun under your belt, get your team motivated or are setting out on your first ultra-marathon adventure, we have a program or schedule that will suit.​

How many sit-ups?


Getting out and beginning a session is sometimes the hardest thing about working out. When you hire a Blue Mountains Fitness personal trainer it gives you additional commitment and accountability to attend your fitness sessions


Our ‘One on One’ Blue Mountains Fitness personal training sessions allow our trainers to give you personal attention to achieve your goals faster and safer, whilst gaining the knowledge required to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Clients of Blue Mountains Fitness have been provided with thorough training programmes and progressive goals to enable them to complete 5km fun runs, 10km events, mountain bike races, the City to Surf, Half Marathons, Marathons and Ultramarathons!  With some of the most scenic events in Australia in our own Blue Mountains back yard, we know the lay of the land and can help you out, whether it's the Glow Worm Tunnel Marathon or UTA - come along on a group run and find out!

For all the value of one to one coaching or group fitness sessions, it doesn't suit everyone's lifestyle or it's unmanageable for those who are time poor.  Everything we offer directly, we also provide on-line.  

Some of our more popular on-line activities mean you can simply sign up and turn up for training runs in some of the most stunning surroundings in the country along the course of some of the most iconic events.
