RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase through the BMF Shop, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, and we'll gladly provide a refund.  We're happy to accept all returns, provided the following conditions are met:

• We do not accept returns for underwear, socks, flasks, masks or headwear for hygiene reasons. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached.

• Item(s) were purchased directly from BMF via our BMF Shop website or pop-up event shop.

• Item(s) were purchased within the last 30 days, and proof of purchase can be provided.

• Item(s) are in original, undamaged packaging.

• You are responsible for the return postage to us.

• If you are seeking a size change, please enclose an unused Australia Post parcel bag for the return postage or we can charge you $10 for the return postage.

• If the item is damaged on delivery to you we will pay the postage for a replacement item.
